I guess many people are scared of beeing alone because they dont want to start thinking about the directions of their lives. Actually, there is no To-Do-List to get your character in a good shape (yes, there is something behind getting a job, feeding a family and making his parents proud) but there are several steps which help us to get a new point of view on our lives.
